What are the requirements to join the Frilliance Rep / Direct Retail program?
The only requirement to join the Frilliance Rep program is to enroll and signup on this page. 

-There are NO sign up fees or monthly fees.
-There is NO minimum number of social media followers required.
-There is NO age requirement. More details on this below if you are under 18 years old.

How do I enroll into the Frilliance Rep / Direct Retail program?
To enroll as a rep, you must complete the enrollment process by filling out the application on this page. By completing the enrollment, you agree to the terms of the Program Guidelines & Agreement (Terms & Condition). You can download a copy of the Guidelines & Agreement here. Enrolling as a Rep you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions. An electronic version will be also be emailed to you after enroll.

How do you make money? 
When your customers use your specific Frilliance Rep Personal Website, the order will be credited to you automatically with that sale. You earn 25% commission on each customer order less any discounts applied to an order.
What is a Frilliance Rep Personal Website?
When you enroll in the Rep program, a Personal Website, which is a special version of Frilliance’s eCommerce website that is unique to each Rep, is created. By providing your Personal Website with this unique address, Customer orders made through your Personal Website will be credited to you automatically. An example of a Rep Personal Website would be: (link does not work; this is an example). You complete the field on this application to customize your link.

How will Frilliance help me sell? 
Frilliance provides marketing and sales materials along with workshops to help you sell Frilliance products. Your selling techniques will be unique to you. Family and friends are a good place to start and build confidence. With workshops and sales materials, we will guide you through expanding your personal network and opening more opportunities for you to sell Frilliance

How do I get the commission I earn?
We require that you have a PayPal account. You will need to provide a valid PayPal email in your Rep Account in order to be paid. 
How often will I get paid?
Commissions calculations will be determined each calendar month and paid by the 21st of the following month. For example, commissions earned in June will be paid on July 21.

What if I am under 18 years old?
If you are under 18 years old, you will need to enter a parents email when you enroll in the Rep program. The terms and conditions will be emailed to the parent. Also, depending on how you file your taxes, either you or a parent will need to complete a W-9 form (for U.S. citizens).

Can I stop the Frilliance Rep program at any time?
You may terminate your relationship with Frilliance as an Independent Rep at any time, immediately upon notice. You will never owe anything back. All unpaid commissions earned will be paid accordingly by the 21st of the following month.

About the Frilliance Rep Policy and Guidelines

The Frilliance Rep Policy and Guidelines (“Guidelines,” or “Policies,”)  contain rules regarding Rep conduct. These Policies exist to ensure a level playing field for all our Reps and to support our culture of collaboration and cooperation. As expected from our Reps, the policies provide a standard that reflects fairness, authenticity, and integrity. These Policies are incorporated into the Independent Consultant Agreement (the “Agreement”).

Frilliance reserves the right to amend the Agreement, including these Guidelines at its discretion. Amendments shall become effective 30 days after notice via email and publication of the amended provisions on this website.

Rep Eligibility

Must be a resident in the United States or Canada.

Rep: a holder of a valid active Rep account through this Frilliance website

Customer: any purchaser of a Frilliance product

Personal website: a special version of Frilliance’s eCommerce website that is unique to each Rep. On this website, using a unique address, Customers orders made through the Rep personal website will be credited to Rep automatically. When shopping on a specific Rep’s Personal Website, these Customer orders will be credit to the Rep automatically

Becoming a Rep

To enroll as a Rep, you must complete the enrollment process by (1) filling out the application on the Frilliance website, (2) agree to the terms of the Agreement, and (3) agree to the terms of the Guidelines. Prior to final approval of enrollment, you are required to confirm and sign that you have read and agree with the Agreement and these Policies and agree to abide by them. There are no fees to join. An Enrollment Starter Rep Kit will be available at a deep discount for purchase. However, purchase of the Enrollment Starter Rep Kit is not required. 

Rep will earn 25% commission on the retail price, as discounted, if applicable on any purchase a customer makes through the Rep’s Personal Website of the Frilliance product. No commission will be earned on shipping.

You earn commissions on any purchases your friends or family make through your products.

Any returns or chargebacks will be deducted from your commission (see Returns Policy). Returns are generally not offered unless if there is something wrong with the product. However, no refunds are provided after 30 days.

Commissions calculations will be determined each calendar month. All orders are subject to verifications. Commissions are paid out on the 21st of the following month. Commissions will be paid directly to your PayPal account.

Promoting Frilliance Online and FTC Compliance

Being a part of our Rep Community is a special affiliation. It is reserved for those who wish to join our movement and represent our brand through product sales and education workshops.  As a Rep, you represent our brand and your peers in our community. You are expected to uphold our values and protect Frilliance’s reputation. 

You must avoid all deceptive, misleading, unethical or immoral conduct or practices and you must exhibit upstanding character in your professional conduct. Rep shall not engage in any conduct that may damage the reputation of Frilliance. Negative, racist, and offensive content, bullying, linking to and/or from inappropriate sites is prohibited, and may result in an immediate termination of the Agreement.

In accordance with the FTC Guidelines, as defined herein, upon enrollment and thereafter for the term of your Rep affliction, you must identify yourself as a Frilliance Independent Rep in all promotional material and social media posts.

You are expected to uphold our mission, values and protect Frilliance’s reputation. Negative or inappropriate language in posts is prohibited.

You will comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s (Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials  (together the "FTC Guidelines") (, including making:

·       statements that reflect honest beliefs, opinions, and experiences;

·       clear and conspicuous disclosure about any connection to Frilliance;

·       Clear and conspicuous disclosure identifying the post as an endorsement

Each month, Frilliance will text and email you the incentives for the coming month. These incentives may include Frilliance gift cards and even popular brand gift cards along with possible virtual meetups with Fiona.

Product claims

Reps should only use stamens, claims, wording contained in officially Frilliance publications (including website, workbooks, social media posts, videos). 

No inventory

Customers place orders directly on your Rep Personal Website. Customer orders will be automatically credited to Rep. You may track your sales by logging into. Reps should not purchase inventory for resale. Personal orders are for Reps personal use. 

Rep Activity Requirement

You must accumulate a minimum of $400 every 6 months. 

If you do not meet the minimum requirement, we will provide you with an additional sixty (60) day grace period, following the 6-month term, after which time, if you do not accumulate at least $400, we will discuss remedies for fulfilling the minimum requirement.

This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the data practices of Fiona Frills LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “we”, or “Company”), covering its services under its control, including this website, any products, mobile applications, console or PC applications (collectively "Services"). By using the Services, you are consenting to this Policy and the processing of your data in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Services. Information we collect

We may collect information about the Services you use and how you use them, such as the selections you make on our Services. We collect PII, DII, and log information about your interactions as described below.

Personally identifiable information (PII) is information that can be used to identify or contact you online or offline, such as your name, address, email, phone number, photos or audio data, and payment information. The Services may collect PII when it is provided to us, such as when you use our Services, attempt to contact us, submit a resume or job application, or connect with us on social media or one of our partners. For example, you may see a “Log in with…” button, which means we request PII from a partner to streamline the login process. You will likely be presented with a “request for permission” screen by a third party asking to share your ID, profile picture, and other listed information with us.

We may also create or collect device-identifiable information (DII), such as cookies, unique device and advertising identifiers, usernames, and similar identifiers that are linkable to a browser or device. From these platforms, we may also receive other information, such as your IP address, user agent, timestamps, precise and imprecise geolocation, sensor data, apps, fonts, battery life information, and screen size.

Our Services also collect information about your interactions, including navigation paths, search queries, crashes, timestamps, purchases, clicks and shares, and referral URLs. We may combine this data with PII and DII. For efficiency’s sake, information about your interactions may be transmitted to our servers while you are not using the app. We may also partner with third parties that collect additional information – please see their privacy policies for more details and see below for your choices regarding these parties.

How we use information we collect

We use the information we collect from our Services to provide, maintain, protect and improve our Services, to develop new Services and offerings, and to protect us and our users.

PII is primarily used for business purposes, such as for sending you occasional newsletters and updates, hiring, responding to inquiries, logins, and providing Services. When you contact us, we may keep a record of your communication as well as the other information to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our Services, such as letting you know about changes or improvements. Please keep in mind that comments sections, forums, and other similar areas of our Services are public.  Any information posted in those areas is viewable and usable by anyone that has access.

We share PII with companies, outside organizations, and individuals for limited reasons, outlined below:

  1. With your consent - We will share PII with companies, outside organizations or individuals if we have your consent to do so.
  2. For external processing - We provide PII to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
  3. For legal reasons - We will share PII with companies, outside organizations or individuals if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues or protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
  4. In case of a sale or asset transfer - If we become involved in a merger, acquisition or other transaction involving the sale of some or all of our assets, user information, including PII collected from you through your use of our Services, could be included in the transferred assets. Should such an event occur, we will use reasonable means to notify you, either through email and/or a prominent notice on the Services.
  5. In aggregated form for business purposes - We may share aggregated information and DII with our partners such as businesses we have a relationship with, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information to show trends about the general use of our Services.

We use DII to operate our Services and manage user sessions, including analyzing usage of our Services, preventing malicious behavioral and fraud, improving the content, to link your identity across devices and browsers in order to provide you with a more seamless experience online, and helping third parties provide relevant advertising and related metrics. We share DII with third parties primarily for advertising and analytics purposes, for external processing, and for security purposes.

Third Parties

While we strive to work with reputable companies with good privacy practices, this Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you on the Services. We also do not control the privacy policies and your privacy settings on third-party sites, including social networks. We may use third parties to help offer you more tailored ads and better Services, such as obtaining analytics about the users of our site and to help tailor advertising to your preferences. Like many other companies, we do not honor DNT flags but instead offer other choices with respect to third parties. Many third parties participate in self-regulation to offer you a choice regarding receiving targeted ads. Please note that you’ll still see generic ads after opting out, but they won’t be based on your activities online. If you wish to similarly opt out of cross-app advertising on mobile devices, you can enable the Limit Ad Tracking flag on the device. Enabling Limit Ad Tracking sends a flag to third parties that you wish to opt out of targeted advertising on that device, and major mobile platforms require companies to honor this flag. Accessing and updating your information

We aim to provide you with reasonable opportunity to access, update, and delete to your PII. In some cases, we may have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.

Information security

We work hard to protect our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold and undertake reasonable security measures with appropriate confidentiality, integrity, and availability protections. However, since no software or storage system is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee the security of your information associated with the Services, or any other service for that matter.

Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect information for any child under the age of 13.  If you are the parent of a child under the age of 13 and have a concern regarding your child’s information on our Services, please contact us at the email provided at the end of this Policy.

Our Services are Located in the United States

Our Services are directed to United States citizens.  If you are outside of the United States, your information will be processed and stored in the United States and you are consenting to such transfer, processing, and storage under the laws of the United States.
